"Ronnie the Siberian"

We've been wanting a cat for the past few years -- someone introduced us to Ronnie the Siberian recently. Quite remarkable, to us, that he has his own European passport and official paperwork proving his lineage. He's about 3 years old. Not sure if we're going to keep his original name or give him a new one (such as "Trotsky").

2014, March 23rd Update: Ronnie died from a heart attack early this Sunday morning. He was 5 years old! 'Twas very painful to watch but there was nothing we could do to save him.

We just buried him in the nearby forest. He always loved being with nature. He looked so beautiful and peaceful lying there with his arm on top of his (dirt) blanket -- I burst into tears when I saw him like that. Forehead-to-forehead I said "Goodbye, Ronnie." Goodbye. I will be just as you someday. We both know eternity awaits.

A one eyed cat we call Socket decides to test Marty's resolve (Marty is the fluffy haired cat). Looks like Marty lost but it's hard to tell. They're bluffing and testing each other out because Marty's growing and becoming Alpha Male contender of the household.

I saw a video of a cat sliding sideways down the stairs, like a slinky, so I decided to combine the classic "Slinky" commercial with the cat going down the stairs. I even photoshopped him into the product photo at the very end of the video (as I am sure he would appreciate that extra touch).

A very ruthless individual lives in my house. I do my best avoiding eye contact and open the door to the backyard as frequently as possible.

"Maime vs. Laime" (my political debate)

A partisan right-winger on Liveleak.com once uploaded a video showing a cat bashing Leftists in America and I thought, "that's so unfair and one-sided". So I found a video of a cat having a strange psychological fit while looking at bright lights to represent the Satanic/Communist But Unfairly Unrepresented Left. I even listened to what the cat was saying, God knows how many times, in order to translate the sound into English because he seemed to be having one epiphany after the next. It was a discombobulated yet whimsical and inspired effort.
